RAK Attack. Up for grabs is a Black Cauldron DVD. Her's the rules. Must have a rank of 50 or better. You may enter for others. each entry must include your favorite DL money saving tip (which I may use on my blog: Themagicisfree.wordpress.com). Winner will be chosen Sunday, 8/05 @ 8pm. Good luck!
PLease add me! My money saving tip is to bring disney goodies for my daughter (from the Disney store and target/Walmart) and every day we leave a goodie on the bed before leaving to the park! When we come back she discovers her gift and swears Mickey delivered it to her! It makes special memories for her and saves us a ton by buying it ahead of time!! The added bonus is that she doesn't really ask for much in the parks because she gets her fun stuff at the hotel! - lynniesue42

Great RAK, I love this movie!! I don't qualify as of yet, I'm still a newbie, but good luck to all who do! As far as my money saving tip, I bring a bottle of water to the park with me and for refills use the cold water dispenser at Rancho Zocalo located on the salsa table, cheap way to stay hydrated. - Goofdog

I have not had a chance, but now I am gonna have to make time, Thank you for the great tip! - Goofdog 170.0 #2039 3:47PM
You are so close. Since you obviously tried so hard, and apparently did well on the trivia, I will make an exception for you. Drawing a winner in 15 minutes. - LittleAprilShowers 500.7 #241 9:24PM
Please add me. My tip would be. Coffee @ the Market House. Some people know already. But you buy a coffee and with your receipt you can return for free refills. I like that one. - MrsDisneyDooRite

3645.4 #9 4:08PM
I love that movie!! Please enter me for ToInfinityAndBeyond1997, she would LOVE it! My favorite money saving tip is allowing my kids to earn their spending money for a couple of months before our vacation... it makes them really think about whether or not they truly need that $30 t-shirt and the $20 hat! LOL and I checked out your blog the other day and I love it! I really want to try to make the pressed penny earrings! Great idea! :) - DiamondInTheRough
300.7 #622 10:13PM

I just checked out that site... CRAZY savings!! I might have to fly out of Bend next time! Thank you for the tip!! - DiamondInTheRough 300.7 #622 10:31PM
Please add me. My money saving tip is to carpool to the parks with someone else. If you have a pass without parking and a friend with a premium AP, this one is a no brainer. Save on fuel and parking costs. - ScooterMike
1959.8 #37 10:34PM
Is it hard to carpool on a scooter? - LittleAprilShowers 500.7 #241 12:53PM
Oh i love this movie! Add me please :) my favorite tip would be to buy glowing type toys, headbands ect for the kids before hand. You can get awesome ones wholesale online or even the doller store. When it starts getting dark hand them out to the kids, saves tons of money! Thank you, awesome rak :) - prettyINtink
149.5 #2347 10:38PM
Please add me too :) My tip is that I buy Disney gift cards to use on my trip at Target and use my Target Red Card Debit Card to save 5% to pay for it. Free money! :) - Darlingwendi
681.8 #154 10:47PM
You can do that? That's so awesome!!! - LittleAprilShowers 500.7 #241 9:33AM
Yes! And I also "ask" for Target gift cards for my birthday/Christmas/mom's day, etc. and then buy Disney cards with them...as people/family give me less flack about Target cards than Disney ones :) - Darlingwendi 681.8 #154 11:00AM
Please add me. I love having dessert after my meal but always feel so full at the end of my meal. So what I do is share a meal with my daughter (9 year old) and also get our dessert. Also I avoid buying soda and drink water that I have brought. Saves a bunch. 😊 - adventurerEnDisneylandia {AED}
286.1 #716 9:38AM
Please add me, thank you! Money saving tip: Bring your own glow sticks, glow bracelets, etc. For night time fun (found at any dollar store) Great for the littles and so affordable that you can spread the magic by giving them away for others to enjoy! - MomWithAJuiceBoxBuzz
923.0 #97 11:31PM
^^^ We do this also! :)) - AmouseMom 233.3 #1223 11:43PM
Oops, this tip was already given. Another tip: have a meal before going to the parks and enjoy smaller snacks while at the resort. The Matterhorn macaroon is very tasty and affordable at $1.95! - MomWithAJuiceBoxBuzz 923.0 #97 11:49PM
Please add me 😊 my money saving tips aren't the greatest but I find that taking snacks from home curve your appetites for the overload treats at DL. DL treats are so amazing but it's so easy to get carried away, so we treat ourselves to one or two. We spend most of our times in line so the healthy and energy snacks are great to munch on and keep us going through our day. Oh and we carry a 16oz water bottle. It's easy to find places to refill it at DL. 😊 - gigibunny2
242.7 #1099 12:02AM
Please add me! My best money saving tip (especially for the summer) is to bring a refillable water bottle and then ask for ice water in cups from restaurants at DLR. Then just go fill up your bottle :) That way, you don't have to buy expensive water from them and you don't have to carry around a bunch of water bottles from home all day. Plus, the water they give you is ice cold! Always good on a hot day :) thanks! - katdianee
145.4 #2405 1:00PM
My Money Saving Tip for Disneyland - Don't buy anything. Seriously, I simply do not purchase merchandise in the park except the occasional gift. There are plenty of retail stores especially in Anaheim that sell Disney clothing and toys. Target is a great store for this. And thank you for this awesome RAK! - MyPark
946.4 #94 1:01PM
Please add me! My money saving tip that I use occasionally is when I go to a quick service restaurant I ask for no ice in my beverage and then ask for a small cup with ice in it. I'll then pour the drink over the ice and get twice as much soda or tea as I would have in the first place! - mermaidhair
176.3 #1945 1:03PM
add me please! i do not own this here movie. i also haven't watched it in a very long time. thanks! - nicoleface
1325.3 #62 11:48AM
i realized my failure right after and then continued to fail because i forgot to add my tip! it's nothing new but if i am staying the full day at the parks i pack my own snacks and water and only pay for 1 full meal the entire day. it really cuts back on costs and buying snacks and water here and there definitely adds up at the parks. - nicoleface 1325.3 #62 11:21PM
PleAse add me! We eat breakfast before we go and use Disney dollars/gift cards instead of cash to limit our money spending! - BriarRose110511
229.2 #1282 1:15PM
Add me please, I make tortas with just turkey, cheese, and mayo (Mexican sub sandwiches)the night before and I freeze them and put them in an igloo lunch bag along with frozen water bottles by the time lunch comes around and if we are waiting in line for a ride we eat while waiting. The frozen water bottles helps keep the sandwiches cold and safe Sometimes I splurge and pay for a locker and have a late lunch instead. But I always take snacks like chips, red vines, cookies, and trail mix from the dollar store to keep us full until we are ready to eat. - nicealex77
243.0 #1097 7:04PM
Please add me! We bring a lunch sandwiches and chips frozen waters plus extra goodies to snack on helps a lot. - Singh2011

PS ~ I read your blog! Love it! GREAT TIPS! :o) - HadMatter
351.2 #421 11:27PM
Please add me! My tip is to bring a picnic, then put your cooler in a locker when you're tired of carrying it. It's free for the first two hours, and you could easily move it from locker to locker every two hours! - BelleintheTARDIS

Hi! Nice RAK! Please add me. Bring a water bottle and extra crystal light and gateraide in packs to refill. Must also have nuts and dry fruit :) thanks - piratelife4me
391.7 #351 5:51PM
Please add me. My money saving tip is frozen water bottles and snacks. I never buy toys or souvenirs for the kids. They know if they want something they have to use their own money. The one thing I do but are the pressed pennies. It's a cool fun and cheap souvenir and we just keep collecting. - Gabster1
200.0 #1671 6:05PM

247.0 #1057 9:28PM
No need to add me, but I wanted to share my favorite tip! We save our disney popcorn buckets and on later trips we bring them and our own popcorn which we pop in the hotel microwave and put in the bucket and bring that popcorn into the park instead of buying popcorn there (especially since my girls feed 85% of our popcorn to the disney ducks)! - PlsDisneyMe
5.5 #9939 9:32PM
Please add me for Madsdad. my mom used to pack us a HUGE burrito for lunch and it was wrapped in aluminium foil to keep warm. While we were in line for Matterhorn we would eat it. She chose Matterhorn as our lunch ride because we never would get sick on it and the line always was 45 min or more so we were distracted by our yummy food :) - SammyJo
348.7 #429 9:33PM
Add me please. My tip. Buy light up toys, bracelets at the dollar store. I buy hair spray glitter and a crown from the dollar store and give the girls their own princess makeover. I have been able to find used Disneyland/Disney store princess dresses at yard sales. Last one I paid $2.00 for. - Mrs.mouse
426.1 #304 9:39PM
Ok. I'm loving the tips, I see a lot of "bring your own food", but if I'm on vacation or staying in a hotel it's not easy to do so. What then? I'd love to hear some of the best values at the park. - Mrs.mouse 426.1 #304 9:47PM
This is an awesome RAK! Please add me. My favorite savings tip on your blog is the pressed penny earrings. I love them so much that my niece and I are going to do this on Friday. Thanks for all the great tips! - ireland810
