Alright, so I've definetly gotten off track. I have done this before where I get too comfortable with my clothes being looser and feeling better since others notice how much I've lost. On the whole July was a slacking month. Although I hit a good milestone, I look back and see I could have done better. Anyway, back to 100% tracking, making good choices, and awesome workout routines. My goal is to be in my "healthy weight range" by my birthday in mid October! Let's do this!
You've got this! You're attitude is key and it sounds like you are in the perfect place mentally to be successful. WOO HOO! - D55CR

:) thanks! Did 40 minutes of Zumba this morning. Feeling like its gonna be a good day other than the fact that I have to go to work instead of the parks, lol ;) - ElectricMayhemMom 310.6 #555 11:54AM
Summertime is a difficult time to stay on track in my opinion. There are numerous BBQs, parties, and vacations. Also it's so hot here that there are times where it is literally 106 degrees at 8 pm which makes it hard to go running outside. All odds are against exercising/getting healthy it seems!! However, I think as long as you're putting some effort in then it makes up for some of the inevitable "off days". Good luck to you! - PirateQueenBriezy
