This is super cute. It's in ToonTown. I've never noticed it before. It doesn't work, anyone know what it does when it's working?

Yes, it used to work and you could make phone calls, the buttons had funny sound effects during your call. Disneyland turned off the phones because of what Darling Wendi said...tooooo many phone calls to 911! I guess when you are a kid it is the easiest thing toremember! - Mouseketeer.for.Short
