So here is a question. What do you think is the saddest part in a Disney or Pixar movie? Mine has to be in The Lion King where Mafasa dies.

Definitely when Cinderella was running away from the ball and left her glass slipper. A perfectly good pair of hot heels wasted because she didn't turn back to get them. Makes me wanna cry...but then it all works out, i guess. Although, if a guy was THAT into my shoe, he might be better suited as a shopping buddy than husband. Dunno... For teajack- (thought i hit reply but guess not) Tangled did, they showed how the king never stopped searching for his daughter! And I do believe that princess and the frog did too and lion king with simba and mufasa, little mermaid. I do believe they all showed some sort of fatherhood in it. - Disneymomab

I will add also the segments from Fantasia and Fantasia 2000. For the original Fantasia (1940), the Rite of Spring segment where a dinosaur was killed and eaten by the T-Rex (for those people who pass by the Primeval World Diorama at Disneyland Railroad,,, THAT IS THE SEGMENT, all based to Fantasia!... For Fantasia 2000, i will say the Firebird Suite segment, where Sprite revives the forest with her tears after its destruction by the firebird (the segment can be seen in World of Color, the green segment before Pocahontas) - otilegna
