Tomorrow is my big day for my Disney interview wish me luck plz is there any advice I need just in case I don't wanna say or do the wrong thing and them say nope this gal is not for us.
SmiLe seriously even if you think the interview didn't go that well because I know I wouldn't have gotten hired if I didn't smile. I was sooo nervous but as long as they see a smile on you they will hire you. They see that even if you are scarred as hell, you will smile in any situation. Good luck :D - annjay07

Smile, be yourself, tell them why you love Disney, have back up job ideas in case the job you want isn't available, be prepared to be put on a wait list for a job opening (i've been on since Feb), Edit: oh ya, and dress up so you look like you actually care about the position. I saw so many walk in and right out of the interviews who looked like slobs. - shadowgamer

This seems to happen quite often these days. My parents raised me to dress nice for an interview oh and court. Lol. I was at a court house one time and there were so many people in jeans and tees. Seriously? You are in court. Dress nice for the judge. - aidensmama 336.5 #446 11:11PM
brush your teeth, wear deoderant, and make sure your skirt isn't tucked into your pantyhose. You'll do fine ;) - GoofyMom77

Be yourself and be polite. Have fun and relax. I interview folks alot and I can always tell when some 1 tries to hard. Oh and whatever you do, do not break out in song and dance to its a small world, lol. Good luck! - SulleyInc

Oh ya, be prepared to answer "what would you do in X situation?" questions. I've heard they also ask about your favorite attractions/disney movies. My interviewer chatted with me for about 5 minutes about WDW because I had just gotten back that week from there. - shadowgamer

The Most famous interview question " Why should we choose you over the other candidates?" This can make or break you, so be honest and express your love for the parks. Passion sells! And most important, dont over think, just breath and answer. - SulleyInc

When I went in for my interview at the very end my interviewer gave me some feedback on what to improve on for my upcoming 2nd interview. The biggest one was to be less reserved and not afraid to be outgoing and show my personality! I tend to be a little more reserved for interviews in an attempt to seem more professional, but she said Disney wants to see your enthusiasm to see how you would act around guests! Good luck!! - ashmonster

Dress for success! Big smile, let them know why they should hire you instead of the next applicant. Make sure you do most of the talking at least 80% of the time. Tell them why you want to work for Disney, and where you see yourself in the next 5 years. Don't forget to introduce yourself and shake your interviewers hand. Good luck!! - kweenofhearts
