Over these past couple months, I have been working out! I have tried zumba, but couldn't get the dance moves down and fell down A LOT, yoga, resistance training and cardio kickboxing. I haven't felt this good in a long time and I look so toned! My 5k is the 28th! I'm such a BEAST! Happy exercising! I'll try to post more often :)

My new thing is that I bought a Trek roadbike this spring and my husband and I have been running and riding our bikes before work in the morning--it's a totally different kind of cardio than I'm used to, and I love the feeling of the wind! - Spoonful_O_Sugar

I love Zumba! I have no rhythm or coordination but it was one of the only workouts that I actually looked forward to! Now I have it on the Wii so I don't have to look like a fool in public 😜 - PirateQueenBriezy

Hi piratequeen! Nice to meet you! Ah I'm one of the few who fall while dancing. Lol my mom says it's because I'm so "athletic". My first class I was facing the opposite direction LOL! Oh Zumba wii, sounds like a path I should take to enhance my dancing skills - Madi
