i love that disney does this!! sometimes i don't want to carry a lot of stuff so I am able to leave my water bottle at home and get nice cold water at quick service restaurants for free!! however I was sad when they took my water away when I got on little mermaid yesterday. oh well! :P - JenInWonderland

CMs are amazing. I was suffering from heat exhaustion at WDW and I went down. There was a CM there so fast and knew exactly what to do. They told us they are trained to watch for any sign of trouble. - adisneyfamily

Remember that soda isn't the best choice when you are dehydrated and go for the water first! On really hot days, I only drink water because I've had heat exhaustion before and it's no fun! - Sarafina

I might look ridiculous with a hydration backpack on me and all 3 kids. We fill them with ice in the AM and drink all day. Each meal they are required to drink an entire cup of water each. - MeridasHair
