I'm testing a few breathtaking HD backgrounds courtesy of chris. - these images are absolutely stunning! They are the first backgrounds I've added in full HD and they look great on a retina screen. Most of his images were originally produced in landscape so they look really good in landscape mode but still look great in portrait. You need to have a rank of 200 or more to get these ("Stunning Partners HD" is 500 or above only!). Go to Settings, Change Background, then hit Download - it will download the new backgrounds to your device and they will appear towards the bottom. These pictures will blow you away and you will see why chris. is ranked #2 right now on the Quality top 100 list!
