Hi guys I'm Rebekah! I have heard about Chub 33 and wanted to join the fun! I need to loose weight and to get healthy again. As some of you may or may not know I was hospitalized about three weeks ago for pancriatitis. I was in the hospital for a week. My doctors feel its because I'm overweight and not eating healthy. So what a better way to loose weight than with my fellow MW friends! Love you guys!
Welcome to Chub, Rebekah! 😃😘 You will love it here. Under "Resources," (I think) you'll find a Chub 33 wait time walk, which is a great way to add in a little extra exercise while you're in the parks! - Spoonful_O_Sugar

Welcome! My best advice is to start slowly. Making too many changes at once may overwhelm you and be discouraging. Good luck in your weight loss journey! - PirateQueenBriezy

I'm feeling a bit better! I'm still not my self yet but I'm getting there! I hear this group is amazing! I can't wait to talk with you guys and meetup in the park with you too! - ohhhtoodles 365.2 #382 9:42PM
Welcome! It's a new journey and we are here to support you. My best advice is to add as many whole foods as possible to your diet. The more whole foods you eat, the less room you have for the junk. Good luck with your new adventure. - D55CR

!! I'm so glad you're out of the hospital! I can imagine what you must have experienced.. My best advice would be to take it slow and give yourself reasonable goals. The first time I started working out after a serious illness, I joined a support group that set a goal of 500 minutes per month. That averaged 15 minutes a day and helped get my body moving and get used to that routine. xo - MrsMears

Welcome! Health issues triggered my joining Chub 33 also! That and fitting into a vintage dress for Dapper Day! My issue was a hiatal hernia that I've apparently had since being pregnant (some 22 yrs ago!) but recently started giving me problems. - Gia
