I am disappointed how lacking customer service is everywhere but at Disneyland, I am amazed that they have this constant smile and good attitude at all times. (though I did have one grumpy CM experience once) but I guess I won't share that story. Lol! I am sorry, you had a bad experience. I agree this is MW and we should be supportive of each other. I agree with minie, no one asked for the IT clown post to be taken down so why should this member be asked to take down her post when it was Disney related. As a community, we should and be able to help her with her situation. Why should we continue her unfortunate experience and only make it worse in this happy MW community. It really doesn't matter if the CM had a bad week. An adult should know how to be professional on the job no matter how ignorant or polite a customer is....hence the term customer service.
