Idk why but I think I like the old star tours ride better... Just went on it and I think the older one with Rex was better... What do u guys think?

I do think it was in need of an upgrade, but I have a really hard time with the 3D. I won't even go on it now--It's the only ride besides the teacups that makes me nauseous. I had to close my eyes for most of it because I really did think I was going to be sick. - Spoonful_O_Sugar

I think it was a great makeover because I think it's what they really wanted but didn't have the tech at the time to really do it. Remember the old one had the "commercials" about visiting all the other places, but the ride was always the same. Now we're able to see all these other places & more :) Just my opinion from when I remember going on it as a kid :) - JDizDude

I found it boring. We only saw Kashyyyk and Tatooine, and there was no excitement to it. I kept getting headaches from the 3D. I am hoping Hoth is way more interesting. - Lelundrial

The ride is really good. I like it but I'm not too fond of the 3D. My boyfriend doesn't like it either due to the fact that right after he takes off the glasses, he gets a migraine for the rest of the day. But it's ok. We really dot mind skipping out on that ride :) - kairi7271
