It is wonderful and exciting from a fan's perspective to hear how well received Walt Disney Studios and Disney Animation Studios have been at Comic Con 2012. From the highly anticipated "Wreck it Ralph" which will bring the 8 bit video game culture to the silver screen in Nov., to Tim Burton's "Frankenweenie" which comes out in Oct., to the newly revealed "Oz: The Great and Powerful" a prequel to the original Wizard of Oz hitting theaters March 2013. Yet, the one that stole the show at Disney's panel presentation was "The Lone Ranger" starring Armie Hammer and Johnny Depp. Reaction to the trailer was "awesomeness"! It will be released next July. It looks like a very successful year ahead for Disney!! Will definitely be interesting to be at next year's Con, where Disney will have slated the animated "Frozen" starring Idina Menzel as well as "Malificent" starring Angelina Jolie.
