I'm getting ready to book 2 character breakfasts for our trip. Which are the 2 you guys would defineately do? My son wants to see captian hook and my daughter just doesn't care. Suggestions please??
Minnie and friends, Hook is also at Dancing with Disney. I suggest eating early, like 7:15, that way you are one of the first in there and get lots of character attention. :) - Princessnicci

We usually see Hook at Goofy's Kitchen...I highly recommend that one (although an appearance by Hook is not guaranteed) - Linzee

Definitely go to dancing with Disney in California. My son danced with Captain Hook for over 5 minutes with nobody else around. Great character interaction and free - unclebeezy

For character dining, we like Mickey's Surfs up at Paradise Pier. You can see Mickey and Minnie with less people too. - unclebeezy

Mickey's at paradise pier! We have been to all the hotels and the parks for character dining and our boys (13-9) like it the best! They say its not so crowded and the food is excellent! - Mickeymouse28

We did all of the character breakfasts last September. My favorite was the Plaza Inn. There was a variety of characters including Captain Hook. - SjRox82

We loved surfs up my kids got so much time with all the characters. It was the best for that. We spent allot of time with hook at plaza in he was walking around the whole time - Lilbitodisneycrazy

We did the breakfast with Minnie at the Plaza last trip and LOVED it. The food was pretty good, nothing spactacular. But that's not the most important part, the characters are! We had reservations for right after they open the restaurant during magic mornings and it wasn't very busy, obviously as time went on it did get busier. But all of the characters came around multiple times and spent a pretty good amount of time at the table. I would say do this, I know I can't wait to do it again. :D - PiecesOf8

I really like the surf up at the paradise pier, it's fun seeing stitch and the food is so good, they have smoked salmon with bagels and cream cheese, yum! - madsdad

I've done all of them and LOVE goofy's kitchen. Minnie plaza inn has captain hook! Goofy has more characters that range from chip n dale, Alice in wonderland and princesses. - MarshaMouse

I would say Goofy's Kitchen and Minnie's Breakfast at the Plaza Inn. We loved them both. There is something wonderful about eating in the Park. - kskating

I really liked Minnie's at Plaza Inn. I felt there were a good amount of characters. Goofy's can be hit or miss on characters but always good food. - LilSterner
