Food Review Carthay Circle Theater Restaurant. The starter Halibut Ceviche - Avocado, tomatillo-cilantro Essence and crisp plantain chips - this was excellent! The fish was fresh it was tangy and I only wished there was more of it so I can have it as a main entree! Entree-Grilled Rib Eye - Sauteed mushrooms and Gremolata of Red Flame Grapes, blue cheese, red onions and parsley. When I first saw it I thought it was quite fatty but that is not unusual for a Rib Eye. I ordered it medium. It was like butter! The mushrooms grapes and blue cheese complemented the steak perfectly. It was way to much meat for me. It must of been a 10 oz. steak! In my opinion it's good enough for 2 people if your having a starter.Dessert-Fried Banana Split Monte Cristo Sundae consisted of raspberry and chocolate fudge ice creams, and warm caramel rum bananas. This was a little too sweet for me. My son on the other hand just loved it!! So we traded. Lol
