When I received this I tried to register on my phone. Didn't work. Guest relations said go to the ticket booth and they can do it. First I was told 3 days to use it, then told I can use it tomorrow but only at DL. After much please and thank yous and sugar on top, they said I could use it at DCA. So we are set for tomorrow early entry. Thanks to the CM for going above and beyond. I went to guest relations and reported them with kudos.
