Strawberry-Rhubarb Pie

Makes a nine-inch pie
Streusel Topping:
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup light brown sugar
5 T all-purpose flour
1/4 t salt
1 t ground cinnamon
5 T soft unsalted butter
1 t vanilla extract
Mix and set aside
Pie:
1 1/2 cup sliced frozen rhubarb
Favorite pie crust or pie dough (enough for 2 pies)
1 egg
1 T water
2 cups fresh sliced strawberries
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
Zest of 1 orange
2 T fresh orange juice
2 T flour
1 T ground cinnamon
1- place rhubarb on paper towel to thaw
2- preheat oven to 425*
Collar pie with foil and bake for 10 min. Decrease temp to 375* bake 30-40 min. Remove foil last 15 min.
