Hey all- I'm addressing this to any fellow MWer's that use the Guest Assistance Passes. I'm a disabled vet and have found it to be very useful allowing me and my family to maximize our trips to DL. My issue is DCA. Since DCA lines are wheelchair accessible (I'm not in a wheelchair) the greeters usually just send me through the line with everyone else. After an hour of shuffling through the lines my knees hurt so badly that the rest of my visit is borderline miserable. Can anyone verify that the CM's are required to issue a hand written fast pass under these circumstances? I had a CM at TOT issue us one a few weeks ago, and again last week at Grizzly Rapids, but on the same day the CM at Luigi's Flying Tires refused and made me stand in line for 75 minutes. By the time I got through the line with my grandson I was in so much pain we had to leave. Any suggestions?
talk talk to the CM and tell him you can not wait for the lengthy amount of time because it will cause too much pain and you would like to enjoy your day. ask if there is any possible way to be able to make adjustments for you. then he or she should be able to help you out. btw i DMed you. - ImAlwaysCrazy
