I had No idea who that character was! So glad I now know! They had a lot of characters I usually only see during Halloween time. They were called the "bad" ones. Jafar, captain hook and cruella deville was there too amongst others. Later in the day we saw the wicked stepsisters, Lilo, clarabelle cow, and daisy duck.
