I highly, highly, highly recommend the fish tacos from the Cove Bar!!! I would call myself a 'fish taco snob' and really picky about what I consider a good fish taco. I was kind of skeptical trying these since I was really disappointed about the fish tacos at Trader Sam's. These were packed full with perfectly cooked grilled fish, a yummy sour cream based sauce, cabbage, tomato, onion, cilantro and radishes. I also added lime which they served on the side. Forget lobster nachos and order these!!
I too am very picky about fish tacos. Last trip it was between these and tri tip sliders. Sliders won out but next trip I think I'll try the tacos. Thanks for the review - fvbmermaid

I want to say it was either Mahi Mahi or Talapia, which are both very mild flavored fishes. They didn't taste too fishy to me and the sauce really counteracts any 'fishiness' you might get. Try them!! - JenInWonderland 1025.1 #86 6:06PM
