I finally got to check out Carnation Cafe since they reopened it. I had the tomato and spinach egg white frittata. This was really yummy! They added guacamole and a sour cream type sauce which wasn't listed on the menu but was a very welcomed addition. I had to add salt and pepper since i felt it wasn't seasoned well. The potatoes were as good as I remembered them. I highly recommend this if you are looking for a healthy and filling breakfast.
