I know most of us like Christmas because of the "spirit". Take Disney out of the equation. Blasphamy, I know, but hear me out. Halloween is the one time kids are equals as far as social status. I love them both. Love seeing the smiles on my kids faces when they get free candy all night, but love watching them wake up early and christmas morning to open their gifts.
