Big Thank You to CM Kathi! I brought my son to DL for his 16th bday yesterday on a blocked day on his AP. There was a problem with the computer and she wasn't able to get the computer to allow the extra charge to get him in. After getting a lead to come help, even he couldn't get it to work. In the end, they let him in for free! Kathi then looked thru the Mickey Mouse cut glass and said, "Happy Birthday Sir Christopher" and handed him a birthday button! Chris's bday is actually on the 4th buy she started his celebration with a bang! Thanks again!
