Hello everyone.. was at the parks tonight and when riding POTC a guest on the back row was smoking during the ride. It was disgusting and just took away from my experience. I mentioned it to the CM and she got on the phone to call someone but the guy jolted out of there. If they caught him what would they do ?? Just curious ..

I would of started using flash photography taking pictures of him to catch the cm's attention but I'm pretty sure once you start taking pictures he would of threw it out or something - BELLEisima

I would've absolutely said something to the guy, and if that didn't work, I'd make enough of a scene to get every CMs attention. If you want to affect your health, go for it. But you sure aren't messing up my health, my son's, or anyone else around me. What a complete tool! - DisneyFanZoe

I don't know what they would have done, but it's too bad he didn't have the courtesy to use the smoking section. My daughter and I were on Pirates tonight and had a boat full of fun kids and it was so empty we got to ride a second time and had the boat to ourselves :) - cafe1989

On our last visit we saw a woman trying to sneak her lit cigarette into DCA we told the CM and they chased her down and made her put it out. That's probably all they are allowed to do unfortunately. Personally I think there should be a fine outside of designated areas. - kgmommy

I would have said something and told him that he is only allowed to smoke in the designated smoking area! I am surprised that a cm on the security camera didn't notice. They have night vision cameras all over the attraction by techie bf has pointed them out to me - princessJordan

My husband is a smoker and he wouldn't think about ever doing that on any ride. How disrespectful. My husband always stops at the smoking areas and tells the kids he is going to do the smoking ride. I take the kids to go eat a churro or ride something. - Gabster1
