okay I have a question for fellow cm mw'ers. so I've been debating on transferring to attractions or 3rd shift. any ideas or thoughts cm's??
I LOVE attractions but it all depends on what you're interested in. I've been in Adventureland/Frontierland attractions for 16 months on the 5th and it has been amazing. There's always so much opportunity to grow due to the turnover but it is by far the best job I've ever had! - IDVandalSkipperCM

You would hire in or transfer in to a certain area and then that area has certain "hire in" attractions. For us it's Indiana Jones and Jungle Cruise. You are not necessarily watched all the time (by leads/managers), but guests always have their eye on you! It's a great opportunity though to make magic and really have a hands on experience in the park. - IDVandalSkipperCM 1299.1 #63 12:33PM
