What is your favorite memory of a CM going far and beyond expectations or simply just making your night? I'm curious!
Mine was yesterday! We were waiting in line for our ears last night and this very funny castmember was cracking jokes and making everybody laugh. Which was great entertainment for waiting in line and then he started dancing and took my hand and danced with me---it was so fun! It makes me so happy when you can tell cms really love their job and have fun while doing it. :-)
When a CM at city hall gave us an upgrade to a park hopper ticket instead of just a Disneyland ticket for free! We didn't even ask, we asked how much an upgrade would cost. My husband and I were speechless! - kss4tink

I've got two times: last time my dad and I went was Christmas of last year, and there were CMs clearing people out of the patk and one of the lady's with the light up cone waiver things was saying "merry Christmas! Or if you're not into that, happy Sunday." it was awesome. And the other time was when there was a large group of my family and I and we were running through the park going "wwwooooo!!!" and there were a bunch of angry parents at us because it was after Fantasmic and some kids were sleeping, but there was a group of CMs and they "wwwooooo'd" back at us. It was so cool. :3 - iMasquerade

Yes! I knew there must have been some mwers nearby. Say hello next time! :-) Thanks for the name, I'll definitely let Disney know he is phenomenal. Also, have a great day at the Parks! - mermaidhair 176.3 #1944 1:57PM
When we were at WDW in Feb- we went to see the Nemo show- but we had crummy seats- so this wonderful CM came to us and said "come with me" so he escorted us to a roped off preferred seating section- with an EXCELLENT view of the show. It was our first taste of the Disney Magic that the CM's share with the guests. - princessSue

My daughter fell in toon town. The closes CM told us to walk to first aid when we got close to the entrance to Princess Faire we went to the little camera box/shop. The CM Judy called first aid to let them know it was a serious injury (you could see her chin) and another CM who was off that day walk us all the way there and kept our daughter calm. She eventually got 9 stitches on her chin, but we were very thankful for Judy and the other CM. we did go to city hall to give them te praise they deserved. - cacjacky

On our trip to Disney in May, Maynard did one of his "commercials" for us. Then at my husbands request, Maynard did the opening in the Tiki Room (it was another CM who was going to do the opening announcement). My husband made another request. He wanted to wake up Jose. Maynard made my hubby a very happy man 😃
Maynard is such a gem to Disneyland!!! 😍 - ImInStitches

Just 3 weeks ago I was a DL with my family, I just bought a coffee and was walking out when a couple of teens came running by and I had to pull my daughter out of the way. While pulling her to safety I dropped my full cup of coffee, including the 3 others for my family! A CM saw the whole thing came over and asked if my daughter and I were okay and them walked us back in and told the cashier what happened and they got us all new coffees and a cooking for my daughter!
