Worked like a mad woman on Judah's Pinocchio costume today. Now I just have to make Gepetto and I'm good to go. The pic on the left was before it was finished, but he wanted to try it on before bedtime. Hat is giving me fits though. Any advice would be wonderful!

Try felt it sat really well...sewn like a cone almost try it with a paper as a templet plus it will give you a make shift pattern. Felt holds the shape really nice any way sew the edge then flip bottom edge up... Hope it helps - Singh2011

Thank you so much! While I'm pleased with how well they turned out, I'm not at all ready to do this as anything other than a hobby.
