Some folks learned about it at the parks VIA a voucher at fastpass machines...I found out on MW after folks got vouchers at tix booths and posted them in the lounge...we got ours the very first day :-) - uscdisneyteacher

I learned about it here. I did though call the AP phone line and they told me they sent emails to random AP holders, Disney blog, or you find out at the parks. Your best bet is MW 😊 - Tink_85
