Okay so this isn't to be rude or anything like that but I'm very honestly curious. I haven't been to Carsland yet so I'm hoping some MWers can drop some knowledge on me. Carsland looks AMAZING and I want to go SOOOOO bad. But Luigi's Flying Tires looks kind of lame. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure it's really not and that's why I'm asking. But it just looks super slow, like half the speed, if that, of reg bumper cars, and ppl seem to get stuck sometimes. This is just going off the official and non-official videos I've seen. Just looks like super slow tires that kinda float around and occasionally tap other tires. What am I missing?? Hope that question isn't offensive to anyone. I'm not trying to put any rides down or anything.

First of all I love the fact that you used the phrase "drop some knowledge on me." such an underused phrase lol. But to the main point: don't feel bad for your opinion! We all have them and we're entitled to them. I haven't been able to experience it yet (silly pregnancy) but I've heard reviews on both sides. I say just go for it! People can give you all the reviews you want but until you try it for yourself you'll never know! - lostgirl7988

Ha glad you liked the use of the phrase! I'm a fan myself. You're absolutely right and I have every intention of trying it when I finally get there. But it had kind of been bothering me. I'm gonna feel like a total dork for admitting this, but is it sad that one of the reason I'm putting off getting preggers is so that i can go to DL one more time before kids and be able to enjoy the rides with out pregnancy restrictions??? Its not lame at all! First, its an homage to the extinct attraction that used to be in Tomorrowland in the 1950s (Flying Saucers). Second, its environmentally friendly with the use of the recycled compressed air for the giant air hockey table. And third, once you get the hang of it, you can skid across the floor pretty fast. - BaseballMickey_CM

That ride is fun. Hubby and i had a giggle fit- he kept diving for the beach balls. And hey beachballs are way fun rignt v8 - chipanddalefan

definitely not one of my favorites, but also worth riding. As someone already said, the beach balls are the fun part. Aside from the beach balls, the ride feels slow. My $ 0.02. - Goofdog

I thought it was fun once you got the hang of how far to lean and could get a bit of speed going.. I don't think it's worth a 90 minute wait, but still a decent ride. IMO RSR and JJ are better. - DisneyLuvinMama

I found it fun, but not worth the 75 min wait I waited. However, the quene is AMAZING, and if you love that kind of stuff, it's worth the wait just for that. - scream2Bheard

Luigis Tires is AWESOME. Queue is so fun and interesting makes waiting in line not seem so bad, beach balls are great to get, the ride is roomy, and it is better the lot look - mstiauna27
