We just saw BRAVE! We LOVED it! Guess who my curly haired baby wants to be for Halloween? Yep Merida! Any ideas on how to make her hair red "orange" for halloween?
I would also suggest the halloween stuff. We tried a temp color kit on my daughter (has blond hair we colored it red). The box said it would have color for a week, it lasted a month and a half. - GoofyMom77

Red hair paint (they sell it at Halloween stores). It's a pain to wash out. You could also get a wig. I'd suggest semi permanent color but it lasts a few days. - JenInWonderland

Oil pastels work great and washes out - pintsize

She would make a perfect Merida! I think she will look fine with her natural color. The only way I can think of changing her color without actually dying it would be a wig or that colored hair spray. - Jillian

You may want to check Hot Topic also. They have some hair stuff that my wife used once and it worked really well! I can't remember the name of due though. - no1goof

I'm a hairstylist and I would say just buy a wig... Unless you want to have a nightmare trying to get red out of your little ones blondish hair. Trust me on this. By the way your daughter is adorable! - MelB

The Disney store sells a Merida wig and the dress. My niece just got it. - DevPierce

Use kool aid! It washes out after a couple of days. - MissyluvsDisneyland

I'd buy the wig...as a teacher I have seen many Halloween hair dye jobs gone wrong. You wouldn't want to damage her pretty hair. - ladylikesdisneysmom

There is a color spray that is kinds like spray paint for hair that I use for my kiddos. It rinces out with water. If you look at my past posts you will see a pic of my little ones at the park with there hair sprayed. We changed there hair every day we were at the parks. - rexy650

I say just keep her hair the way it is! It's beautiful. Maybe get her come clip in red hair pieces? There's always the wig, but I personally think it's the ugliest thing ever. My little sister has hair similar to your daughters, once she put blue spray in her hair and it stayed for the longest time. - Nyghtngale

I would say go the wig route. Colored hair sprays flake off though the night, hard to brush because they stiffen the hair and make hair tangled. Not to mention the colors can rub off onto the costume. - DownTheRabbitHole

I know this is irrelevant, but she looks just like a young Miley Cyrus. In the best way of course! She is too cute. - OneDayAlice
