I always try to go in September! It's way less crowded and you still get just about the same experience! We are going the 24-28 this year so everything will be decorated for Halloween! Just beware that space mountain and the haunted mansion might be closed for decorating! One year when we went they were both closed but we still had an amazing time! crowds shouldnt be too bad but the weather that time of year really fluctuates. i would suggest layers, and a backpack or locker. that way no matter what the weather ends up you have the right clothes. there is nothing worse than being way to hot or way too cold - Pixarprincess  531.4 #214 10:25AM

Two years ago my friend and I went from Sept 12-14 for my birthday. The parks were practically empty. We made it onto BTMRR four times within an hour and Indy twice in 45 minutes. Space Mtn and HM were both closed for refurb and re-opened on Sept 16. - KermitFan13  405.9 #320 10:48AM
