Ahhh! I need some motivation to get my butt back in gear on weight watchers and exercising. Ever since the reunion I've been lazy and not tracking my food or exercising. Just keep telling myself "I'll do it tomorrow". I've gained a few pounds but need to get back on track. Feel like I needed to write it all out to commit to myself. Hope everyone else is doing well and I'm going to try to be more present here. :)
When I get off track, I feel like everyday is a reminder of all the days I was off track and getting back on track is a reminder that I was off plan. It's a vicious cycle I create for myself to keep myself from trying and failing, I just fail. Crazy huh? Once I'm back I feel much better. Best wishes getting back in plan. - Mrs.mouse

I so know what you're going through! I had SUCH a hard time getting back on track...I've been on South Beach Diet for 2 weeks and every single day was a struggle (still is!). Keep trying...one of these days it will click! - msdizmaui

I tried so many times to get started at the beginning of the year. It wasn't until the last weak of April that I finally committed to making the changes. Then when I saw results it got much easier! You can do it! Game on! - ElectricMayhemMom

We've all faced this...just remember that every day and every meal is a new chance to improve. The past is in the past, but we can always choose to do better going forward. Just keep swimming, swimming, swimming.... - D55CR
