Does anyone know if the ToT CMs can control how many times a particular elevator drops? Thanks in advance!

It's not random and it drops six times. First it drops a story, then another story, then to the top window to the bottom window then to the bottom, then it launches up but doesn't make it to the windows, then it goes to the top and drops. - BrerRabbit

I think it's random because I have had the sequence change on me going on it twice in a row. I specifically remember because we got my mom and niece to go on it and it was different and I was scared we were actually falling! Haha! - ryanrexreno

As others have said, our ToT at DCA has a programmed drop sequence that is the same every time. The only thing that would change it is if there is a ride stop or E-stop. In Florida however, their ToT drop sequence is completely random and the attraction actually operates much differently than ours. Ours is much more efficient and reliable and has a larger capacity. - CMJenKWorth
