*question* My sister and her kids and some friends are at DLR this week and would post on FB and say "in line for this ride or I'm headed to this ride or that was the best ride" I wanted to say u mean attraction but not sure they would get it lol do you all correct people?
i don't correct, but i do say it. I cringe more at Haunted House, Autotopia, or the train ride (BTMRR). my friends daughter asked if I was excited for.....CarsWorld. 😊🚗🚗🚗 - HandMeAChurroImmaFaint

My baby niece says BTMRR is "the rock ride". She's excused because she's so stinkin cute. Oh, and Soarin' is "the smell ride". 😄😄😊 - DisneyFanZoe 1083.8 #77 4:19PM
I think it's funny...but I never say anything, just laugh in my head - MarshaMouse

I think I've always said ride but being on MW I've seen people be corrected so now I try and say attraction lol I don't want MW mad at me 😁 - lisaw

Lol, I get that CMs have to say "attraction," but I pretty much refuse to do so--I don't like the sound of it. Sounds fake, to me. I say "ride" and wouldn't correct anyone else :) - Spoonful_O_Sugar

A ride is an attraction, but an attraction is not necessarily a ride. - ScooterMike
