Been going 2 parks my whole life and never gone to the blue bayou so is it worth taking my daughter there 4 her Bday this weekend?
Nice restaurant and good food. Wouldn't take a young child though. If your daughter is a little older it would be great. - Gabster1

How old is your daughter? My kids have been going there since the youngest was three and the oldest was 9. They love it but the older they are the more they like it. I think it's worth it just so you get to experience it lol - TrueFromOzLovesDisney

I say go for it. There are plenty of bread rolls you can give your little man to keep him happy, and maybe if you get a water side table the boats going past might keep his interest too. It's crazy sometime but we had the oldest when we were 19&20 "barley" then the wife went 2 nursing school we hade another more school she's now a RN nd little man was a well let's say welcome supprise:). I say if u have It in u go 4 it!!! I love being a dad there all 3 so different it's neat. So u have my vote - Bigchris

Make your reservations and get there 15-20 minutes early and request a waterfront table. If you're going to experience it for the first time, you HAVE to have a waterfront table. That's what makes the whole experience perfect π. Plus it might be just me, but I feel that there's less restaurant noise by the water π - simba77

As much as I luuuuuuve the Blue Bayou, there's also this little place across from Royal Street called Cafe Orleans that also serves great Louisiana food. - MyPark
