They are right behind city hall and can be seen from there...they were oginally used as a wind block for the orange groves and they actually moved where jungle cruise was supposed to be to where you all know it because those trees used as a good shade for Adventureland and a bit tropical affect...there is also a palm tree by the Indy fast pass that was a wedding gift to the dominguez family whom Walt bought the propert from and moved from its location into the park by request of the family during construction - Dave  8824.1 #2 7:03PM

I think the eucalyptus between the fire station and the jungle cruise are original. There is also a big palm tree along indiana jones that's original, although I think it may have been moved to it's current location. - pharaoh  254.4 #994 5:56PM

One of my co workers(an older gentleman) had Walt Disney buy his parents two palms trees in his front yard when the park opened! He said he came home and walked by his house cause he did not rechonize it without the palm trees!! He was also a jungle cruise captin when he was a teen! In one of the books about the making of the park, there is a map that shows the original eucalyptus trees towards the back of the ride where the train goes by and to the right.  I will see if I can post the map, it is awesome to think they have always been there!!! - secretagentangel  710.6 #143 7:59PM
