Help Ladies! Over the past year I have been experiencing debilitating monthly cramps. Even with norco I am bed bound for days. I'm desperate. It seems to get worse and worse. I become nauseated from the pain, and just last night nearly passed out on the bathroom floor. Any ideas?
Definitely call your ob/gyn! You shouldnt have to battle that and it might be a sign of other things going on. A friend of mine had a similar issue last year and each month got worse, she was able to get an out patient surgical procedure and is now much much better! She is only mad she didn't say anything sooner and she suffered each month! It could be something as simple as trying a new birth control, etc. good luck!! - LisaMouse7531

Yeah--talk to your doctor! I have never had the soecific issue you're dealing with, but I switched to a non-hormonal form of BC last year and I couldn't believe the difference it made. I suffered for years on the pill with mood swings, anxiety, weight gain/water retention, etc, and all I ended up needing to do was get off synthetic hormones. I felt like a dark cloud was lifted! - Spoonful_O_Sugar 436.2 #285 8:42PM
I agree with lisamouse. Call your doctor! You shouldn't have to live with pain like that. - PirateQueenBriezy

What!?! Definitely call your doctor...and if he/she doesn't do anything...find another doctor. No one should have to live with pain like that in this day and age! Promise that you'll call? :) - msdizmaui

Ok. I should go to the dr. If I go, they'llake me stand on a scale. Do you know what kind of horror and torture that is? I know I'm fat, thanks for the reminder. - Mrs.mouse

I have been known to just close my eyes and ask the nurse not to tell me. The Dr's scale is always at least 5 pounds heavier than any other scale I get on, lol. I hate it, too. - Spoonful_O_Sugar 436.2 #285 11:19AM
