Chefs hard at work and Desserts at Carthay Circle Restaurant:: Seanonal Pie- Peach and blueberry topped with whipped brown sugar sour cream, Chocolate Ice cream in an almond brittle shell with brownies, Banana split Monte Cristo Left to Right.
