Here are a few items that are only available during dinner time in the Carthay dinning room upstairs 😊 I don't want to reveal too much😉
The top is the Grilled Quail that is stuffed with prosciutto wrapped peaches, the bottom left will be the Grilled Rib-Eye and the bottom right is the Sautéed northern Halibut 😊 My apologies for all the food spam!
I wasn't a big fan of the quail...I was a lot dryer than I would have liked but that could just be to first day kinks in the kitchen...the prosciutto wrapped peaches were a nice touch with great flavors. The green beans were just ok , I think the could work on something a little more exciting for a veggie dish.....The hallibut was amazing...very lathe piece of fish and cooked perfectly...the sauce it came wih complimented the fish and did not take away from it or too over powering - Dave
