Up close it looks like they are wearing an air filter on their heads, only souvenir I wanted was the cone drinking cup and that's about it. It's Disneyland/DCA. Everyone has weird stuff on their head. Where else can you wear weird stuff on your head. A pair of Mickey ears outside of Disneyland may be weird. And these Tires (I first thought they were air filters) outside of DCA/Disneyland would be weird, but it's in the Parks - You're allowed to wear weird headgear. Perry "double hat", Mickey Ears, Tires, Oswald, Buzz Lightyear top hat.. it's all weird elsewhere, but at Disneyland/DCA, it's normal! =) Keep doing your thing... wear your hats proudly! - LaTruce
