Anyone else have a feeling that one day we will be saying "Remember when Luigi's Flying Tires had beach balls?" lol

Just like the Flying Saucers, I think we'll be saying "Remember when Cars Land at DCA had Luigi's Flying Tires?". - wg4ever  238.1 #1157 3:55PM
I just hope I'm able to go on it before they take them away! - AshleyLynn22  748.1 #137 5:38PM
I'm thinking the beach balls take up too much space. I would think there would be more room to go faster if the beach balls weren't there but who knows. We didn't have a hard time getting up some speed and we even crashed into a ton of beach balls, that was fun! - kss4tink  216.8 #1428 8:51PM
Ohhh I see that happening next year! - calidream1  386.6 #355 3:54PM
I have mixed feelings about this one. It was hard for me to move on my own and when we were standing in line some kid popped one of the balls. Dont know if this ride will last long - diznymommy84  215.3 #1445 5:02PM
I've heard it was difficult to get the hang of. A friend of mine said its not the best, but I'm still excited to try it out. I do fear that it may not last based on what people have said though. :( - MortiMouse  118.8 #2806 5:05PM
We rode it this morning and it was a blast! I think people have a hard time with it because they lean too much or in opposite directions. All that is needed is a gentle lean in the direction you want to do. We found even using our arms was about all we needed. If you lean too much, you bottom out and you wont float. And if you're lucky enough to get a clear path, watch out! You can get some serious speed! - Prettynpink1023  276.4 #780 6:46PM
We found it surprisingly easy to control as did the boys. It only took a couple seconds. My boys were the "flight instructors" so maybe that helped LOL The beach balls are a mystery. Unless you picked it up before getting on a tire they were pretty impossible to pick up or reach while in motion. I have to say I was laughing histerically the whole time we were on it. - Autoalice  137.1 #2536 5:23PM
I was told it is easier with two as the added weight makes it easier to maneuver than if you have only one person on it. - secretagentangel  710.8 #143 5:28PM
We forgot to grab a beach ball and tried our hardest to get one mid ride. No such luck, not even close. We got the controls pretty well tho! - K_hungie  41.9 #4014 5:30PM
It was my 2 boys in one and myself, husband and daughter in another one. I could see it being trickier solo or if you both aren't on the same page. - Autoalice  137.1 #2536 5:40PM
I flew solo and found controlling it super manageable - MelodyMouse  943.8 #95 5:36PM
When I was on it on Thursday a CM said that the beach balls will be taken out. Not sure when? It was an ok ride. I liked it but I would never wait 40 min to ride. I must say I did have fun on it, throwing the balls was so much fun! - BriarBeauty  62.5 #3585 7:10PM
Aw, it seemed like it would be a lot of fun. This was the only attraction I didn't get to ride during the opening. Hopefully I can try it tomorrow. - rbeezy  664.0 #164 8:59PM
