Hey I'm just wondering If guest assistance passes will work on the Carsland rides? Thanks :)

I'm sure they will as they are to help people with disabilities be able to enjoy the park. This means they should only be used if there is a reason to help the individual, a GAC is not a fastpass - Pixarprincess  531.4 #215 10:16PM
I know you can't tell from the outside, but today we were behind two different groups who were boasting about how they made up some medical problem to get a GAP. One asked how did you get yours and the person replied, "I pretend I have a seizure disorder and they always believe me" then they all laughed. - butternard  26.1 #4580 11:57PM
I shouldnt wish bad things upon people but...I hope they get diahrrea. That is all. 😠 - Aquata  292.2 #659 11:58PM
And all the bathrooms are a 15 minute wait. No fastpass line for that! - Nyghtngale  547.8 #204 12:04AM
Ugh. Add fakey wheelchair rental people to this. - susieQzee  480.7 #247 12:05AM
@NyghtynFAIL - YEAH! Lol 😄😄😄 - Aquata  292.2 #659 12:07AM
I am sure they will help with any assistance you may need. Disney is usually very good about this. - Minnis2Society  360.0 #391 10:15PM
Yes they do I used one - Dopey626  265.9 #864 10:22PM
My son who is autistic uses one. On RSR you go through the fast track. On Luigis flying tires they sent us to the exit and we were told he would have to wait 120 minutes. We left as he can't wait that long. Didn't even try Mater's Jamborie. Also, I was quite annoyed by the many who scam for a GAP. - butternard  26.1 #4580 10:22PM
but things are not always visible - HandMeAChurroImmaFaint  1799.2 #42 10:24PM
Agree with hmacif sometimes we cannot see disabilities. It's also important to remember sometimes the wait is inevitable even for the GAC lines - Pixarprincess  531.4 #215 10:26PM
Maters was fairly quick around 20 mins in later afternoon. - robman97  355.4 #402 10:28PM
If you can't wait, tell the CM. THEY USUALLY will give you a lil ticket to bring back in 120 mins. Then you can wait or walk around to accommodate your son. - Minnis2Society  360.0 #391 10:44PM
Stacy is 100% correct. They will write you a ticket for the current wait. So say you go at 1pm and its a 120 minute wait. They can write a pass for you to come back at 3pm. I've used it before with my GAC because I have panic attacks (also the reason I stayed home today) and its a miracle. - lostgirl7988  541.5 #208 11:48PM
They do, but be prepared to wait. - robman97  355.4 #402 10:24PM
I used our GAC during the preview last week so yes you can use them pretty much anywhere in the parks. Yes in cars land too - Plumiegirl  3344.9 #10 10:25PM
They may do what they did with Star Tours and only allow you to use it once a day. - Coaster  9139.5 #1 10:40PM
I used mine yesterday and I didn't have a problem since for racers I went on with my group 3 times and Luigis twice - princessVanessa  382.5 #352 10:47PM
Until the crowds die down and to keep people who don't truly need GAC from abusing it, I think that's a good idea. - Krissy Marissy  411.0 #316 10:47PM
princessVanessa, did you use it Thursday? If so they did have any restrictions on using GACs during the previews. Today, Friday would have been the first day they might have limited it to a once a day use. - Coaster  9139.5 #1 11:04PM
Yes yesterday during media day - princessVanessa  382.5 #352 11:06PM
...did NOT have any.. - Coaster  9139.5 #1 11:43PM
Coaster-I used mine at star tours during the rush and they wrote me a ticket for the wait time. - lostgirl7988  541.5 #208 11:50PM
They were also writing the date on the GAC so you could only use it once. Maybe it depended on what kind of GAC you had. What stamps you had on yours. - Coaster  9139.5 #1 12:11AM
The pass I have works on rides with stairs or steep ramps so it doesn't necessarily mean its for all rides either. I hurt my knee at Disney in April so you can't tell from the outside but doing stairs at some rides are very hard - hillarygardner  18.2 #5255 11:25PM
There are several different types of passes for guests with different concerns. - lostgirl7988  541.5 #208 11:52PM
The GAC will work at carsland but should only be used if needed. Also it should be only used if the person is was made out for is riding that attraction. I wouldn't be surprised if they limited the GAC to once a day per ride or gave out return times. It is sad that people abuse them. - keikoanddaphne  5.7 #9390 12:06AM
I'm glad it is there for those who need it though - keikoanddaphne  5.7 #9390 12:09AM
During the June 9th preview, we were able to use a GAC card more than once. I hope that has changed for the sake of everyone in the regular queue. - Nyghtngale  547.8 #204 12:15AM
Question! My bf has PTSD and he starts to get very anxious and very ancy in line n large crowds (tht is y we go during the week) is it possible for him to get a GAC for his condition? We never tried cuz we didn't think he qualified for it but now I'm wondering... - Penguinn_CM  188.2 #1771 12:34AM
GAC works on RSR but be aware of there is a hour long fast pass line they still make you wait in it. Lady right in front of me today was waiting with her son who had autisim. - Sam241  475.6 #254 12:40AM
