The craziness is upon us. It's going to be madness today, and probably the rest of the summer. Patience will be tested - not just as guests but for the CMs especially. So I urge all of us to take the time to tell a CM that they're doing a good job and that you understand how hard it must be to be working with the big crowds. Many guests will have bad attitudes, and since we're all human, some CMs may struggle with putting on the show. But I feel like a little compliment or words of encouragement can go a long way... And it can be passed on from us to the CM, which would then be passed to other guests. I know "it's their job" to put on a smile and be happy all the time, but for the CMs keeping the TRUE spirit of the magic, it's not the paycheck that encourages them, it's the guests. So please be understanding of the situation(the craziness) and take a few seconds to personally tell a CM, while you're at the parks, that you appreciate them and what they're doing - especially the CMs who look like they need that encouragement. Thank you for posting this!! Yes, PLEASE have tons of patience with DCA CM's. Everyone is doing their best job to make opening experience a very magical one. Please give them all positive vibes, it's our park's first time seeing large numbers that amount to what DL has in holidays or summer time. Plus closing at 11pm not what we're used to. Please encourage our CM's, they're trying their absolute best to spread the magic in this historical day for us!! 😊 - iPoca.
