Go to any ticket booth at the resort show them your pass and let them know you want to register for the World of Color special event. They will let you know which dates are still available and certain dates are only available for Premium passholders. - NotNKansasAnymor 184.4 #1846 3:47PM

You go to the ticket booth to sign up. Thurs is for all pass levels, Friday (booked up) is for deluxe, premium, and premiere, and Saturday is for premium and premiere only. - KissDclown 1088.4 #77 4:15PM
