FLO'S V8 CAFE--Veggie Tater Bake - Roasted vegetables, cauliflower, Bulgur wheat, soy crumbles, and smashed red skin potatoes, topped with cheddar cheese. Served with a choice of one side and a garlic chive roll. - $10.49 🔴 I ordered this since it was the only vegetarian entree option available at Flo's. I have to say that the flavor of the actual casserole was pretty bland. I had to add a lot of seasoning and hot sauce to enjoy it. The corn salad as a side was really yummy. I ended up eating both together and it made it taste better. The roll I got, however, was hard, dry and not really appetizing. Another person in my party also mentioned that her roll was hard while someone else said theirs was soft. All in all I think I'll try this again in a few months to see if it improved but wouldn't recommend it today.
The first thought that came to my mind was, how are you not able to place a square of cheese correctly over a square of mashed potatoes? - DuffysJuju

On a side note I had the Citrus Turkey Breast with two sides of Mashed Potatoes and Cranberry Orange Sauce at Flo's and it was great good flavor and seasoning. I really don't care for cranberry sauce but this one was very good - HanLostLeia

I was about to try it but went with my instinct and just got the chili con queso cone! - iamdugsmaster

I had the sirloin strip. It was awful. Very fatty. Beans taste like a bottle of BBQ sauce. My roll was hard and dry. Potatoes were good, gravy was good but not enough. $12 and I was still hungry. - SueBayou
