Cms are now able to have facial hair as long as it is groomed and well kept. They added it when they updated the grooming guidelines around last year! - karaboo

I asked him last month about it and he said that the new rules on facial hair started in February. Its a real one. There are 2 or 3 CMs there that have beards. - Plumiegirl
