So, I've been MIA for a really long time. We just had our first baby boy on May 1st. I'm hoping to get exercise release from my doctor tomorrow (had to have a c-section, and have had some issues since) so I can start walking and exercising again. I have a goal to lose 25 lbs before we return to the parks in October. I've already lost the baby weight (thanks to breastfeeding and the swelling for leaving) but I needed to lose before even getting pregnant. My long term goal is to lose 75 lbs by my son's first birthday. But I'm setting small goals and taking baby steps... Let's hope I'm good to go tomorrow!
Your baby is beautiful! Take things slow, your recovery and health is important. Don't rush into exercising and hurt yourself. :) There are several ladies here also trying to lose the baby weight. - Mrs.mouse
