Ok I never win anything. But when I went to get fast passes today these came out too. Can any CM enlighten me on this event? Oh and does it have to be the AP holder that received it or can any AP holder used it? Thanks!

This looks more like an advertisement than a pass to get in. There's a whole article about this event, just go to the address listed on the slip. It's only for AP holders and you have to go to the ticket windows to register like people did for the Fantasmic event. - LaneSparrow316
