Does anyone know the official start date of the
Chritmas season yet? I arrive on the 14th of November. Kinda hoping to get in just before the Christmas season so i can see a non-Christmas parade.
Lol, I totally understand. The Christmas Fantasy Parade is not my fave. And now I will have the song stuck in my head for the rest of the day! 😂😂 The DL website just says November and December--no official date is listed yet. - Spoonful_O_Sugar

Last year Xmas 'officially' started Monday, November 14 but we were there on Saturday, the 12th, and all of the decorations were up, or almost all of them, and they had the holiday fireworks going then. The parade was the only thing that changed over on the 14th. It usually starts around veterans day and before it used to start on a Friday so we were surprised that it wasn't the 11th last year but the 14th so I'm assuming if they continue with the Monday start it'll be the 13th. We go every year during the Xmas holiday stuff and love it! So I would assume you would be fine this year! - brodysmommy

Christmas always starts around Thanksgiving. You might be able to see some of the decorations but probably not the tree. Just be sure to ride the tram to Mickey and friends lot and you can usually see the tree behind the green screen. It always makes me so excited. I love Christmas at DL - MrsE
