Got a headache, sore throat, general crud feeling this AM, but full work schedule... What's do you do to medicate when you have these symptoms?

Dayquil double dose, then go to sushi for lunch and mix up a massive batch of wasabi sauce and make big big dunks, it'll clear your sinusis right up. Gargle with something, listerine, salt water, tequila. Whatever. Tea with honey is nice for the throat. Loads of vitimine C... You'll be ready this weekend to screw yourself up on your own terms! - Zooter

Try a neti pot to clear sinuses. I used to get sore throats and sinus infections all the time but since I have been using the neti pot I am rarely sick. Feel better - sandra_d

Stay hydrated, neti pot with salt water, gargle with salt water often, Tylenol for the aches, non-drowsy sudafed for congestion, tea with or just made from honey and lemon juice. Eat healthy. - Polkadobo
