sorry if this is a stupid question but cant find any info on it. what does a "plaid" do for guests? guide them? block autograph hounds? thanks in advance for any info

"plaids" are part of the Guest Relations department at DLR. They are responsible for operating City Hall, the lockers, Lost and Found, the information booth on Main Street and, very soon, Buena Vista Street, conduct guided tours, and much more. Guests may want a "plaid" to escort them in the park to ensure that their day at DL is fully satisfied by escorting them through attraction queue lines, reserving a restaurant reservation, and provide any of the service they may request. - BaseballMickey_CM  2995.3 #15 8:24PM
Yes, all of those things plus they are a human front of the line pass 😃😃 - Dahulagirl  1053.8 #83 8:17PM
I was told by a plaid that just because they escort them around the park does not mean that they get in front of the line. They only do it if you are a celebrity. - PaintingTheRosesRed  426.0 #305 8:38PM
You can pay extra for front of the line privileges celeb or not - MrBlue  232.3 #1235 8:42PM
